This release was one of the first times I became aware of people making electronic music in Dublin. Decal was Alan O' Boyle and Dennis McNulty who had already been in a number of indie guitar bands. This was their debut album released on their own ultramack label. They went on to release an impressive catalogue of music on a whole host of other labels including Rotter's Golf Club, Planet Mu, Satamile, Trama Industries, Leaf, Law & Auder, Lo Recordings and D1 Recordings. Electronic music doesn't get much more warm, laid back and blissed out than this.ultramack 004
